Have you ever been to a therapist and wondered why you didn’t really feel better? Or you felt better but it didn’t last? Or perhaps you actually felt worse because the therapist somehow cracked open some painful doors and now the pain seemed bigger? Happiness comes from a peaceful mind. And in order to have a peaceful mind, you need to be aware of your mind. You need to be aware of what you are thinking. I have found that not all psychotherapeutic techniques make sure to anchor you in the positive thoughts. Or even if they do, they aren’t working with your energy field, the blueprint from which all thought is derived. So in my shamanic counseling, I’m listening/seeing your energy field and feeding my experience back to you. I’m listening to your mind, your body, your being. Together, we improve what you are appearing in your mind, and therefore appearing in your life. It is a grand mindfulness training that heals you palpably as we go. Outer events become mindfulness training opportunities. We change how you respond. We work outside of time and space, clearing your programming from whatever aspect of your existence arises to be healed. It’s deep yet fun, light yet profound. This is the time that was prophesied to make quantum leaps in conciousness. I am here to help you do that.
Listening
This morning I was making direct prayers to the Buddhas regarding the wish to accumulate more positive Karma and purify negative karma I have accrued in previous lives. Buddha says that a good way to do this is to give to and cherish others. I was praying out loud just to make it more personal and so, in a sense, that it would be loud and clear.
The Teachings of Hummingbird
One day last June, my friend suggested that my first blog post for my new website should be about hummingbird. I thought that was interesting because well, where was THAT coming from? So I asked her. She said that she felt all the animals of the four directions (which she had been witness to me bringing in prior to doing a session) would be pertinent blog material. I noted that she specifically said hummingbird.
